App that would turn on the Dual LED to be used as a flashlight. There are two apps that support that function, but have not been made compatible with the Droid yet.
Droidlight:There WAS a app called DroidLight that claimed to do this. http://www.androlib.com/android.appl...ight-ztCz.aspx It was only there briefly
Cameraled:
Another app is called cameraled. Its for droid only. Cost 99 cents
LED Flashlight:
There is also LED Flashlight, also for 99 cents. Its a good and simple app that turns the light on or off. Can be used in combination with the video recorder if needed. That is also a strobe. The title even says "LED Flashlight / Strobe". It's by Niko Twenty
Mototorch:
mototorch is another one
MotoTorch LED is now free, and has the strobe and morse code features in addition to being a widget.
And a nice thing about the widget is that it changes (adds flame) when it's active.
